Marco Rado: INTEGRATIVE NEUROCARDIOLOGY - THE HEART-MIND RELATIONSHIP

In the last years the overall comprehension of the Brain is changed: there is not just one Brain!
Since several decades people talk about the Second Brain, meaning that the bowel can be considered as a Brain by itself, and in the last years, it has been discovered that another organ can be considered as a complete Brain: the Heart.
The doctors Armour and Ardell have coined the term “Neurocardiology”, talking about the Heart’s Brain. The goal of this paper is to present the meaning and the functions of the "Third Brain" through the prospective of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the most recent discoveries of Biophysics and how to acces this informations through Kinesiology.
