Hotel accommodation

The venue for the conference, Schaeffergaarden, has given us a special price for their rooms. We think it is very nice and practical to stay at the conference's venue.

• Single room 895 DKK (about 120 €). Breakfast is included.
• Double room 1.095 DKK (about 147 €) Breakfast is included.

When you make your reservations, please give the code for our conference: 308483.

In order to be able to use the code for the conference and get the best service too, you need to write at info@schaeffergaarden.dk or call +45 – 39 77 28 00 and give the code 308483. Please note that this code only works in case the reservation is made by phone ot email. (It does not work for bookings made through the Internet.)    

In case you want to look for another hotel in the neighborhood, you will need 20 -30 minutes to get to Schaeffergaarden by bus from the closest village.
