How to get to the conference/hotel?

1. YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE:

When you are in Copenhagen /Kastrup airport  please go to the ticket counter for TRAINS (at the right end of the arrival hall). Get a ticket for  5 zones (5 - 6 € about 40 DKK. You can pay with your credit card,
or DKK or Euro)).The ticket is valid during 1 hour.

You have 2 options:

1/Go to platform 2, and take the train direction HELSINGØR (Elsinore) or NIVÅ. After 30 minutes drive you get off at HELLERUP station.

At the right side of the station you take bus 179 direction JÆGERSBORG / LYNGBY. 
14 minutes ride and you get off at JÆGERSBORG KASERNE. From there is 2 minutes walk along JÆGERSBORG ALLÈ to SCHÆFFERGAARDEN. The exact address is JÆGERSBORG ALLÈ  166.

2/Take the METRO to NØRREPORT station. From there the S TRAIN, line B direction HOLTE. Get off at JÆGERSBORG station. From there is less than 10 minutes walk to Schæffergaarden along  JÆGERSBORG ALLÉ or take a taxi from there.

3/ Taxi transportation from the airport:

Ask the driver to pick the SHORTEST distance, which will be THROUGH the city. You might ask him
to find JÆGERSBORG ALLE on his GPS before leaving the airport J TAXI NORD is local.

2. YOU ARRIVE BY TRAIN to the CENTRAL STATION of Copenhagen:

(When you book your ticket in your own country, be sure to tell them that the your final destination is
JÆGERSBORG station. Copenhagen CENTRAL STATION is alright, just tell the clerk that you are
continuing by S train to JÆGERSBORG station)

Go to platform 9 / 10 and take the B train direction HOLTE (three departures per hour).
Get off at JÆGERSBORG station (20 minutes ride)
Walk down JÆGERSBORG ALLE to Schæffergaarden, which will be on your left hand. 10 minutes
